In early 2005 Mariyam and Shejea Khan decided to start a tutoring service by using their tutoring experience, their father's valuable guidelines, and practically applying what they are learning at the Kelley School of Business. They graduated from the Plainfield school system with honor diplomas and were involved in the National Honor Society. The sisters have been tutoring from the time when they were in high school with an international tutoring franchise.

They have a wealth of academic excellence as well as a proven record of tutoring experience from their father, Anwar Khan, who is the founder and chief executive of one of the largest Tutoring Centers in Karachi. It was established in 1979 in a small room with 4 students. They used a blackboard that was built simply with wood and black paint. Concerned with the need for students to be able to meet their potential, Anwar started teaching students the skills they would need to attend outstanding colleges. What once started with 4 students now remarkably has over 1200 students and has tutored over 15,000 students to better academic performance. Students who have gone through our method have gone on to become doctors, engineers, IT and other distinguished careers.
